DOULA SERVICES
My journey into birth work began long before I became a doula. As a neonatal nurse with over 11 years of NHS experience, I have always been passionate about supporting families through pregnancy, birth and the early days of parenthood. What I loved most about nursing wasn't just caring for babies, it was helping parents build confidence and trust in themselves.
My own journey with yoga deepened this passion, teaching me the power of connecting with the body, breath and mind during life's most challenging moments. As a doula, I bring together evidence-based knowledge, compassionate support, movement and mindfulness to offer a truly holistic approach to pregnancy, birth and postpartum.
My aim is to help you feel informed, empowered and supported every step of the way.
